Hispaniola

James and Kyle's 2022 human-powered expedition from the lowest point of land to the highest mountain of the island of Hispaniola - the 16th tallest island in the world. Traveling by bicycle and on foot, we connected the shores of Lago Enriquillo (151 feet / 46 meters below sea level) to the summit of Pico Duarte (10,128 feet / 3,087 meters above sea level).

James and Kyle’s started their sea-to-summit adventures on the island of Bioko in Equatorial Guinea. This one-day ride took us from the seaside capital of Malabo to Pico Basilé (9879 feet / 3011 meters above sea level).
